After working for a newspaper a television station and several commercial photographic studios in Perth I decided to give it a go on my own. That was August 1981 and while I have seen many photographers and studios in Perth come and go, we are still here.

They say if you can make it in New York you can make it any where. Well I think if you can make it in Perth, New York would be a walk in the park.
Perth is a uniquely competitive town on many levels, but the most competitive area is value and quality for money. I've been here for over 30 years so I am hoping I must be doing something right.

When you contact Shutterworks Photography you talk to me. I answer the phone and return the emails. I organize the shoots and process and prepare the files and most times I deliver the images in person. If there is a problem ( very few in 30 years ) you talk to me and I sort it out and make it right. Our clients are graphic designers, Advertising agencies and direct clients. Some of our clients have been with us since the begining.

When you book Shutterworks Photography for a shoot, our main concern is to get the results you want as quickly as possible and not to sit around wasting time. Taking your time and taking enough time can mean the difference between a full day shoot and a two day shoot. We shoot all aspects of Commercial photography including Industrial and Mining, Architectural, Corporate and Advertising. We have a great studio just outside of the Perth CBD in which we can shoot anything from a small car or furniture to a diamond ring or we can bring our equipment to you at your work place.
